About Me

My name is Angelica Ruiz Rodriguez, and I’ve been practicing mindfulness ever since I could remember. As an energetic, free-spirited, extravert, my favourite modalities are journaling, gentle stretching, and breathwork.

Since 2024, I’ve dedicated my time and energy into hosting mindfulness workshops exploring multiple self-help topics, and started a virtual community for weekly Shadow Work practice.

In the summer of 2025, my relationship with mindfulness deepened when I faced a serious health condition that brought my life to a halt. I had to step away from work, hobbies, my social life, and even living independently. During that chapter of my life, I learned that healing the body isn't only physical. Shadow work, daily affirmations, and the way I spoke to myself became just as important as the physical boundaries I placed around my recovery. These practices helped me reconnect with my sense of safety, process difficult emotions, and find self-trust in moments that felt uncertain.

Since then, my physical and mental wellbeing has become stronger than ever, and what began as a personal practice has evolved into a passion for guiding others on their own mindfulness journeys.

Today, my mission is to continue to create meaningful spaces for reflection through events, continue deepening my own understanding of mindfulness, and contribute to the evolving understanding of human wellbeing by pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology.
